This movie is a bout a New York woman who struggles through a life crisis. Cate Blanchett’s acting was great. The transformation from what was looked as a classy and happy to a distressed and delusional woman was awesome and believable for me.

I do love the story too and how Woody Allen presented it to viewers. It was one simple idea, but the presentation by slowly giving the viewers what was actually happening; the past and the present, was great.
'Blue Jasmine' is one great movie to watch. Cate Blanchett’s performance here has brought her into winning a Golden Globe. Will it also bring her to winning an Oscar? Or at least get into the nomination list first?
"Anxiety, nightmares and a nervous breakdown, there’s only so many traumas a person can withstand until they take to the streets and start screaming."

'Blue Jasmine' is written & directed by Woody Allen, starring Cate Blanchett, Alec Baldwin, Peter Sarsgaard and Louis C.K.
